This painting was probably done in the early 1980s and depicts a North Carolina workboat anchored during a break at Lookout Bight. Lookout Bight is part of the Cape Lookout area of the outer banks near Harkers Island and Morehead City. North Carolina. The light house is not visible from this angle. Two figures have left the boat and are walking away in the distance. Many working boats frequent this area.
